Is UZ Talents free for candidates?+
The basic profile and 1 application/month are free. Optional Premium: €119/year including VAT, profile promotion and 7 applications/month, at most 1/day.
Are my name and contact details public?+
No. Employers first see an anonymous qualification profile. Personal data is shared only for a clear purpose and after approval.
What German level do I need?+
It depends on the occupation and company. Many candidates begin preparation at B1 and work toward B2 before training starts.
Why must I contact the candidate team?+
The phone or messenger check confirms identity and prevents fake profiles. Publication and applications are not enabled before manual verification and a checked PDF.
Is an apprenticeship guaranteed?+
No. UZ Talents provides the technical tools for independent search, applications and communication. Candidates and training companies make their own decisions.
