The German occupation and vacancy wording remains unchanged. The explanations below help you understand the process and prepare the right evidence.

Choose an occupation

Use the career check, compare daily tasks and choose two main occupations plus one realistic alternative.

Check the company and vocational school separately. For many occupations B2 is the practical target, even when B1 may be accepted initially.

Use exact dates, official names and verifiable skills. Keep the final document clear and usually no longer than two pages.

Track every vacancy, deadline, contact and result. Apply only after checking the company and the official German vacancy text.

Use the current checklist of the responsible German mission. Contract, language, funding and personal history must be consistent.

Explain your motivation with real examples and research the occupation, company, working hours and training structure.

Compare net training pay with rent, transport, insurance and one-time arrival costs before accepting an offer.

Organise housing, registration, insurance, bank account, vocational school and the first working day as one checklist.
